JOB DESCRIPTION

Connectpoint Inc, the leading provider of digital ePaper, LED signage solutions, and transit wayfinding information in the United States, is seeking a Project Manager to be part of our growing, fast-paced operation. This is a high-profile job that requires extensive contact with customers. This is 100% onsite position, M-F, 8am-5pm.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interfacing with transit agencies over the phone or e-mail and serving as the first point of contact for technical and non-technical customers’ requirements, taking requests from the initial planning stage through to deployment.
• Will be the Lead between customers and internal teams, coordinating necessary actions to resolve customers’ issues.
• Participating in new project scope meetings, understanding customer and stake-holder requirements and coordinating activities between internal and external teams to ensure proper project structuring, implementation and completion.
• Coordinate implementation and deployment involving 3rd party installers and fabricators.
• Describing customers’ and internal needs by creating proper technical documentation.
• Become an expert in using and applying company cloud-based software system.
• Travel to client locations to assist in technical problem-solving.
• Travel to industry conferences as part of the Connectpoint team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience with technical project management and customer service over e-mail, phone and in person.
• Ability to read and understand a variety of technical materials including assembly drawings, electronic equipment manuals, high-level transit design installation documents, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to seamlessly work with customers, support staff, and support technicians as required.
• College degree or equivalent experience in a related field, demonstrating experience managing projects of various sizes, large and small.
• Proficiency with common office software, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience in public transportation setting desirable but not required.
• Extremely high attention to details.
• Strong sense of organization, with ability to develop and optimize process as necessary.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
