Sollis Health is looking for a forward thinking Talent Acquisition Specialist that will help drive our talent attraction strategy for our fast growing teams across New York, California and Florida. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll partner with hiring managers to understand and anticipate their team's hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies and promote our employer brand. In this role you have the opportunity to be part of a concierge medical company where medicine meets hospitality.

Remote role- Ideal candidate will be located in NY Metro Area for some travel to NYC as needed

Your Responsibilities:

  • Recruits for positions both clinical and non-clinical, across Sollis Health.
  • Sources qualified candidates by applying extensive sourcing, networking, and screening techniques.
  • Leverages online recruiting resources such as LinkedIn and Indeed, and our ATS (Greenhouse) to identify and recruit qualified candidates; pre-screens, interviews, and offers.
  • Maintains resume database and candidates for assigned area(s).
  • Cultivates relationships with hiring managers to provide quality service and staffing expertise.
  • Plans, coordinates, and participates in system-wide recruiting events/initiatives, as necessary.
  • Helps to build and execute on Sollis Health's employer brand and ensures that it is consistent across any job promotions, marketing and advertising as well as in our communications with candidates.
  • Negotiates compensation and other aspect of a comprehensive offer.
  • Partners with the Onboarding Specialist to ensure candidates have a high class touch during their pre-hire onboarding experience and that they clear to begin working in a timely manner.
  • Championing for our diversity & inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process - including the content of job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and the creation of inclusive interview processes that leads to the hiring of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Focusing on the candidate experience to ensure timely communications and feedback are provided to candidates.
  • Sharing your excitement about working in a fast-growing and innovative company, enjoying learning about the business and can communicate this to candidates.
  • Makes recommendations on how to process and improve both the recruiting and onboarding experience .
  • Performs related duties as required.

Experience We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally we would expect that you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 1-3 years of recruiter experience experience, required
  • Must know how to use recruitment sourcing techniques and technology.
  • Experience in a growing fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate, interact, influence and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Range: $80,000-$100,000

This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position remotely. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

Provided they meet all eligibility requirement under the applicable plan documents, employees (and their families) will be offered various plans to select from medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees also will be able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, receive a free Sollis Health membership for themselves and eligible family members. Employees will also receive unlimited PTO, as well as up to 72 hours of paid sick leave per year, accruing 1 hour of sick time accrued for every 30 hours worked. Employees will also enjoy 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks fully paid maternity and 6 weeks fully paid secondary caregiver of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 26 weeks of employment. Receive up to $1,000 of professional development spend each year. Eligibility requirements for these benefits will be controlled by applicable plan documents.
