We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator with programming experience!

This role is remote 3 days week, and onsite 2 days. It is located about an hour southeast of Erie, PA. This position comes with great benefits including 3 weeks of vacation. The team has a lot of longevity.

By configuring the tools and helping with the engineering change orders and change management process, you'll make an impact to the company not only locally but globally. You could support custom application development support, as well as programs such as SharePoint or Power Apps.

Responsibilities:

Software (25%) development to support efficiency on the engineering team such as a simple standalone executable or more elaborate custom applications:

• Programming in a .NET language (mainly C#)

Web based development
Use tools to do requirements capture, flow diagrams, user interface development, SQL database usage
Process improvement related skill and experience to support projects and development work

System Support & Maintenance (50%)

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the systems and tools related to the CAD system. These would generally come from a help desk type ticket process
• Support planned maintenance and upgrades. Could be things like new software versions, changes to network or servers initiated by IT
• Understanding of networks, security configurations, firewalls, windows events, etc. is helpful but not required
• License server/services

Project / Tool / System Support & Maintenance (25%)

• Involvement in miscellaneous engineering tools (examples: engineering time reporting, engineering work requests, online machine files, etc.
• SharePoint, MS Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate), metrics creation
• Could be involved in aspects of SAP for Engineering

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technology or computer science is required
• 1+ year of programming required
• Prior Technical Support experience
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, equipment, technology and other performance-monitoring tools
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering a plus

Pay: $75,685.02 - $105,412.44 per year
