Entrepreneurship Intern and Driver

Our Entrepreneur Intern program teaches how to use Financial Reports to run a business- we use the actual reports from the Company to teach Profit and Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow and Business Valuation

Position Summary:

• We are looking 10 Summer Interns to work this summerThe Driver is responsible for the delivery and pickup of rental bicycles and accessories.
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
• Supervisory Responsibilities: No
• 35-45 hours per week

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Delivery and pick-up of rental bicycles and accessories at various locations on Hilton Head Island.
• Properly record delivery information including lock combinations and bike serial numbers.
• Wash and sanitize bicycles before returning to inventory.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.
• Represent the Company at all times while driving and interacting with customers.
• Willing to help out as needed at the shop including occasional landscaping, truck washing, and taking garbage to the dump.

Entrepreneurship Functions and Responsibilities

The Entrepreneurship Intern will be involved in the following activities for Summer 2022:

• Participate in the Weekly Class sessions to review the operations of the business by evaluating the Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Budget, and Cash Flow Statements
• Participate in the Weekly Class sessions to understand Business Valuation and the Due Diligence Process
• Evaluate and make recommendations on actual challenges and opportunities with the General Manager and Owners
