Job Requirements:

· 0-2 years of structural or civil engineering design experience.

· BS or MS in structural, civil or architectural engineering.

· Preferably EIT certified.

· Solid base of theory and fundamentals.

· STRUCTURAL: Class completed include concrete, steel and timber design.

· CIVIL: Familiar with Grading and Drainage and Water Treatment.

· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Responsible, punctual, dependable, resourceful, flexible and well organized.

· Must have a strong work ethic and be able to solve problems independently.

· Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship.

Position: Full Time Entry Level Structural Engineer & Full Time Entry Level Civil Engineer.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

Salary: To be determined according to individual experience levels. Starting hourly range $26-$32/per hour with 1.5 overtime available + benefits. $58,000 - $66,000 annual to start.

Flexible Schedule: If you desire a flexible schedule we can generally accommodate this. We have some early risers who come in by 6am to miss traffic, and others who would rather work the “late shift”. Remote work options become available after training.
