Aloha! Keani Hawai'i is a locally-owned, modern, tropical, luxury boutique with 3 locations here on the island of Maui. We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our team of sales stylists, at our Whaler's Village location, in Ka'anapali Maui.

As Store Manager, you'll collaborate with the CEO on optimzing store flow, vendor feedback, and merchandising ideas, allowing you to bring your creativity and fresh ideas to the business!

A Day In The Maui Manager Life:

• HR, Scheduling, Recruiting, & Team Development
• Demonstrate exceptional sales strategy and performance
• Lead in oversight and delegation of daily and weekly tasks
• Lead in product receiving and merchandising
• Exemplify positive encouraging leadership
• Participate with your team in fun, creative social media content creation

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED Required
• 1-3 Years Management Experience
• College Degree Preferred
