Job Summary:
Stratascale has an exciting opportunity in our software engineering team as a Sr. Technical Product Manager.
This position offers exposure to marketing, sales, engineering design, and project management. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Working closely with developers, marketing, and leadership, you will help design and develop services that enable Fortune 1000 Enterprises to adopt technology at scale. You will be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring solutions to our clients. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive product strategy and partner closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on the next phase of cloud services.
This position is a remote position however may be required to report to our Stratascale office location as required for business needs as determined by Stratascale management.

Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to:

Understand the cloud ecosystem, markets, competition, and user requirements in depth

Launch new products and features and iterate quickly

Work collaboratively with Development, Marketing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams on cutting edge technologies

Partner with Project Managers, Go-To-Market, and other teams to ensure new products meet project timelines, budget, and customer deliverables

Obtain market data and competitive intelligence to inform our go-to-market strategy

Act as a bridge between Practice Leaders and Go-To-Market/Sales personnel, as the cloud offering expert

Collaborate with Marketing, Development, and Legal teams for content creation and messaging that reflects target markets and personas
Qualifications:
- Ability to speak clearly and present ideas effectively to both engineers and leadership

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience building/shipping technical products
-
3 years of experienceeveloping/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, internal tools

3 years of Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions

3 years of Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams

Experience (and preference) working in an Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

Experience working on pre-sales initiatives for projects involving a shift from on-prem to cloud

Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Familiarity with large project decision making processes in enterprise customers

Experience designing CMP, FinOps, or Multi-Cloud products
Unique Requirements:
- Travel to customer/vendor sites and partner conferences up to 25% annually
Additional Information:
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $175,000 - $215,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
