Job Description Summary
ECD is seeking a detailed-oriented, resourceful and entrepreneurial-minded professional to lead an emerging project management office through a period of growth. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing projects related to grant-funded workstreams, resident outcome endeavors, and special projects for ECD leadership. The Sr. Project Manager will own and facilitate strategic priorities and projects: unpack broad cross-functional initiatives into specific workstreams, mobilize stakeholder teams define the scope, deliverables, and schedules, drive accountability and results across multiple teams and stakeholders to success, and supervise a small team of project managers and support staff to do the same. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and be able to work in an environment where a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Additionally, professionals passionate about community development and experience with social services project delivery are highly desired.Job Description
