We’re growing our HCM Alight Worklife Delivery Team, which implements and provides ongoing support to Alight’s clients that use Alight Worklife® as their organization’s HR portal.
As a Sr. Business Technical Analyst (Sr. BTA) on the team, you’ll take the lead to support multiple clients by delivering enhancements to their HR portals and serve as the primary point of contact for clients to request support for resolving user issues.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as mentor, escalation point and Portal SME for other Business Technical Analysts (BTA’s)
  • Provide and seek consultative opportunities for our growing number of clients
  • Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
  • Manage repeatable consulting projects across clients
  • Analyze client usage reports for insights on usage trends and enhancement opportunities; provide reports and recommendations to client stakeholders
  • Communicate mandatory changes to clients in advance of product releases, and educate them on the optional changes they can implement as part of the CR process
  • Review client change orders and provide estimate of hours needs to deliver the change
  • Gather business requirements from clients, consulting on best practices and product Point of View (POV)
  • Help to train and mentor (BTA’s) and new team members
  • Demonstrates ability to analyze requirements, this would include recognizing patterns, and assist the BTA’s with questions on requirements gathering.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to solve business challenges and present resolutions for clients.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong consultative/client management orientation skills
  • Experience working in a virtual, team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Self-starter who demonstrates discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts
  • Experience working with tools to manage workflow/issue tracking (e.g., Atlassian Jira) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Alight’s proprietary tools is a plus
