Solar Sales Consultant/HIS (Carmichael)

Required Qualifications and Responsibilities include:

- Superb customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers through various forms of presentation and expertise

- Aptitude for time management and organization such as tracking personal appointments, status

reports, and sales.

- Perform cost/benefit/needs analysis of new and existing customers

- Close deals by a means of excellent customer service and salesmanship in order to maintain positive

business and customer relationships with full honesty and integrity

- At least 1 year of experience, if applicable (not required)

- Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and deadlines

Average HIS - $65,000 - $100,000

Top Producer - $130,000-$200,000 +

Upon hiring you will be offered a commission and bonus structure

Origin Solar USA focuses on clean energy solutions such as solar, roofing, HVAC installations, windows and more! Our main hub is located in Carmichael CA in which we are looking to hire in-house sales representatives.
Inside and outside leads will be booked out to you by your marketing representatives; however, you will also be required to generate your own leads through referrals, external lead sources, etc. Extensive training will be provided alongside weekly sales meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
