The Commercial Operations Manager oversees the Commercial operations of the solar division of Premo Roofing & Solar. It's extremely important to have a deep understanding of the whole spectrum of solar operations, from sales, design, engineering, site auditing, construction, and interconnection.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure best installation practices are being followed from a roofing and waterproofing perspective (Knowledge or direct experience in roofing is a huge plus)
• Communicate and work with Project Managers and Engineering partners to move projects through the pipeline quickly and efficiently.
• Perform jobsite audits of commercial buildings.
• Put together a Bill of Materials for both fixed tilt and flush mount solar systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solar project management experience
• Ability to read building plans and communicate high level construction knowledge with general contractors, electricians, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to type 40+ wpm
