We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Marketing Manager/Video and Website Specialist to join our law firm team. The ideal candidate will have a desire to help promote our law firm, Christian Attorneys of America. Our videos will be based on Christian principles and the law. We will also create a separate YouTube channel based on fitness. The candidate will have a record of success in developing and executing effective social media marketing campaigns. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing video, website, and social media content for Christian Attorneys of America and the YouTube fitness channel.

Goals:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement of Christian Attorneys of America, the YouTube fitness channel, and other similar programs
• Create, edit, and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including promotional videos
• Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content
• Manage and organize video and audio production equipment and resources
• Optimize and maintain the Christian Attorneys of America website, the YouTube fitness channel, and all related social media, including designing and implementing new features and functionality
• Optimize website and video content for search engine optimization (SEO) and user experience (UX)
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns, video, and website content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media activities with broader marketing efforts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, creating and editing video content, and website design and development
• Proven experience in video production. A portfolio of previous work is required for consideration
• Strong knowledge of video and website optimization techniques, including SEO and UX best practices
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Proficient in video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with website development and design, including WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
