Social Media Marketer/Content Creator

Job Description : In this role you will create trending content across multiple platforms, from
Facebook, Instagram, You tube and TikTok videos. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and culturally-attuned creator. Follow crews and staff on daily basis to create videos and content helping to build the branding and marketing for Evolve Design + Build. Engage with our followers and community. Conduct online relationship management by responding to comments and questions based off posted content regarding product questions.

What we are looking for :

• Be at least 18 years of age
• At least one year of experience, and or demonstrate relevant experience. Must be able to show prior work and or ability to edit and create content. Preferred real world experience or extensive social media profile for reference. This can be own profile.
• Extensive knowledge and mastery of social channel mechanics, best practices, and building engagement (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok).
• Strong organization skills and self motivated
• Problem solver instilled with a since of urgency for large or small task.
• Creative mind as well as work with team members to embody the Evolve Brand.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Create Weekly contend on Social media platforms and YouTube.
• Filming and working with team members on products and our process to educate the client.
• Develop content strategy and head up marketing
• Ability to edit video and photo’s on pc and on phone to create creative reels and or postings.
• Learn and understand our brand to be able to respond to comments and videos
• Emailing and communicate with owner/staff regularly and timely to understand targeting goals ideal clients.
• Expanding your design, editing and writing skills.
• On site with team and construction projects to video and capture content daily.
• Documenting progress content for longer videos on youtube platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.31 - $20.85 per hour
