Our kitchen staff are provided fresh ingredients and will be using the traditional Hawaiian technique of poke, slicing fish, and other ingredients to prepare them for our team out front. • Must be able to work minimum 4 shifts per week both morning or evening.
• At least 1 year restaurant experience and 1 year customer service required
• Impeccable attention to detail and cleanliness to ensure exemplary presentation of food and food prep areas.
• A drive to consistently improve.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour with additional opportunities to grow in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff, delegate and supervise daily operations.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations staff to ensure consistent quality.
• Follow operational policies and procedures, ensure handling of waste and refuse disposal and prevent theft or damage of property or money.
• Manage inventory by issuing, receiving and storing merchandise .
• Maintain restaurant space by ensuring cleanliness and proper tablesetting .
• Ensure staff adheres to quality standards, food safety regulations and proper behavior.
• Ensure products are presented correctly in a cost-efficient manner..
• Handle customer complaints to resolve issues satisfactorily.
• Maintain a safe work environment and serve as the first point of contact in emergencies.
