We are an independently, family owned neighborhood restaurant in a beautiful setting on the water in Reston, VA. We've survived this never-ending pandemic and are now thriving. It's time for us to hire another Server Support Lead to help carry the load. We have 2 patios that are always full when the weather is warm and often when it's chilly too. You can be proud of the food coming out of our open kitchen with a view of the lake. Please be reliable with a strong work ethic. The money is very good and the staff has been together for a long time so there's a funny family atmosphere.

This position makes hourly wages plus tips. Averaging $15-$16 per hour
