Tucked in the heart of the Logan Circle, Pappe derives its inspiration from north Indian cuisine, peppered with a few dishes from the south like Fish Chittinad, Allepey Fish Curry and Goan Crab Pav. Executive Chef Sanjay Mandhaiya brings the precise elegance of a French kitchen to the luxurious spice palette of North India. We use local, seasonal produce and meats to create an authentic year-round snapshot of this region's celebrated cuisine.

Applicants must possess:

• 2 years restaurant FOH experience
• Fluency in current restaurant management and POS software
• Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions
• Move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces

Recommended requirements:

• In depth wine, spirits, and cocktail service knowledge
• Significant server/bartender/sommelier floor experience
• CMS/WSET Certification
• Experience using Toast and Resy software systems
• Craft cocktail experience
