REQUIREMENTS:

• Server is positive with a guest focused attitude.
• Dynamic, energetic, creative team member.
• Great communicator – verbal, non-verbal, written.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and functions.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a POS system.
• An understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Be fit – able to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• General computer literacy required.

• Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions. Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
• As a server you will take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system that relays orders to the kitchen and bar, and deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Interact, monitor, and observe guests’ food and beverage experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the product service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

Inspired by a trip to Tuscany, the cultivation of grapes and production of wines began on the property, establishing the vineyard. Through requests of visitors and within the local community, The Vineyard at Florence expanded to include a hotel with luxurious lodging, restaurant, spa, as well as extraordinary spaces for weddings, special events and impactful entertaining.
