We are fast paced busy Restaurant with high demand for fun and energetic individuals that enjoy working in an incredible facility. Our restaurant serves both locals ala carte dining experience as well as banquet, special events, club events and a vibrant patio scene with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This public restaurant boast one of the best patio dining experiences in the Shenandoah Valley and draw customers from all around the Central Virginia Region.

POSITION SUMMARY:

A server will be able to build positive relationships with guests through effective listening and verbal skills and creatively find ways to problem solve. Use experience, flexibility, high energy, and positivity to effectively work as a team member to meet and exceed goals and customer expectations. Be able to maintain a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals that enter our dynamic restaurant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certifications: ServSafe (preferred but not required)
• Work Experience(s): General Serving, Fine Dinning Serving, Banquet Serving, and/or Customer Service (preferred but not required).
• Availability: Flexible and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
• High school diploma is a plus but not required

• Banquet rate service pay also available
