Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Raleigh, North Carolina office. This position is responsible for hands-on design and management of land development projects from initial project planning through preparation of construction documents and permitting. Candidates should have extensive experience in civil site design and private land development of medium to large scale projects. Candidates should be proficient in Stormwater Management (SWM), Storm Drain, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) Design, Utilities, and Construction Administration.

Candidates should have the ability to manage personnel in addition to multiple projects (budgets, schedules, and County reviews) and communicate regularly with Clients and Company Principals to assure quality and timely completion of projects.

Successful candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:

• 10 or more years of experience in Private Land Development as Described Above
• Professional Engineer preferred but not required
• Business Development experience
• Proficiency in recent version of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
