What you’ll do!

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities related to researching, strategizing, designing and marketing new products for Inceptia. This individual will be part of a team of other Product Managers and Business Systems Analysts to create industry disruptive products and strategies.

We are looking for an excellent communicator and collaborator who can manage a portfolio of products. This position will require a strong mix of business strategy, creativity, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of product management, strategy creation, and product development processes. The Senior Product Manager will work directly with the AVP of Product Management, as well as senior business leaders and customers to develop strategies and technical approaches delivering industry changing products and services.

In addition, this individual is responsible for conducting market and competitive research, and consulting with customers and business stakeholders to identify needs, create strategies and deliver product requirements for new and existing products in our portfolio. The Senior Product Manager will communicate product strategy, standards, solutions, and processes to teammates, customers and business partners.

What you’ll need!

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or university is required with an emphasis on product management, technology, business, or a related field.
  • A skilled product manager with 5+ years relevant experience in a multi-function/multi-technology, product driven organization.
  • Helps coach and develop highly functional and engaged members of the product team.
  • Develops and designs enterprise-grade, customer facing, product applications.
  • Transforms user goals and issues, market dynamics and business objectives into a clear and innovative product strategy with prioritized goals and a delivery roadmap.
  • Collaborates with product development teams to assimilate and prioritize many complex and competing needs forming a cohesive, well organized and optimal developmental plan.
  • Effectively communicates and promotes the product goals to all stakeholders and development team members.
  • Embraces product-centric Scrum, Kanban and DevOps to meet the needs of clients.
  • B2B experience including working with sales and support to onboard clients.
  • Enthusiastic and visionary leader with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and strong ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence product and engineering teams.
  • Successful completion of a background investigation is required.
