Our law firm has an immediate opening for a Mid-Senior level Litigation Attorney to help represent our client base. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and collective actions.

The candidate MUST:

  • Be Admitted and in Good Standing with the Florida Bar
  • Be familiar with Federal Court Rules and Procedures
  • Possess strong Academic Credentials from a Nationally Recognized Law School
  • Be a Team Player who can handle Multiple Competing Priorities, including Supervising Junior Associates and Staff, and serving as Client Contact
  • Have demonstrated Project Management skills and be able to take a Case from Intake Through Settlement/Trial
  • Be an Experienced Researcher
  • Be able to Evaluate Financial Risks and Viability of Claims
  • Be highly proficient Conducting Negotiations, Mediations, Depositions and/or Courtroom Litigation
  • Be experienced handling Multiple Cases and Prioritizing Workload
  • Be able to serve as Point Person on Litigation
  • Possess sharp Analytical Skills and make thought-out Recommendations on Best Course of Action for each case
  • Be a stickler for Attention to Details
  • Possess Outstanding Writing and Verbal Skills
  • Enjoy working in a Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven environment with Minimal Supervision
  • Take Pride and Ownership of their Work Product
  • Have a Winning Mindset
