The Senior Human Resources Manager will be a highly visible role for leading the HRBP function serving the production team member population for the enterprise. This role will provide leadership to an HR team consisting of direct reports and will oversee various HR functions such as staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations. The Sr HR Manager will partner with business leaders and HR professionals to establish and drive overall success within the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
  • Provide HR consultation and support to a designated business unit by promoting, communicating, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide hourly talent acquisition strategy and metric driven performance in support of business goals
  • Lead team of HRBP's supporting the business at multi sites
  • Ensure consistency in application of HR programs and policies
  • Consult with business unit management in the strategic planning process and development of HR strategies that support the business needs.
  • Use knowledge of various HR functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations to provide HR support to managers.
  • Guide others on employment law, coordinate performance management and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Act as a liaison to other HR functions and Centers of Excellences (COEs).
  • Lead and direct the work of others.
  • Set objectives for the HR team and track process. Use metrics to drive progress and decisions
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
  • Execute people process including goal setting, performance reviews, human capital planning, and career development for all direct reports.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience in multiple areas of HR such as talent acquisition, labor/employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Exhibit strong business and analytical acumen.
  • Ability to establish strong partnerships with functional and business leaders to develop and execute on long and short-term HR strategies that directly support the business.
  • Innovative, future-oriented and open to new thoughts and ideas.
  • Willing to challenge the status quo and be a strong influencer.
  • Strong collaborator with effective interpersonal and analytical skills who is able to work seamlessly across countries, cultures, and organizational units required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Certified Professional HR (PHR) or Senior Professional HR (SPHR).
