Job Summary

You will be part of a transformation team that will push boundaries across the Walgreens landscape. You will own Cross functional operations orchestration leveraging Service Now and be the champion. You will be the first to eliminate blockers that are created by lack of ownership when functions cross multiple areas. You will work in an Agile environment. As a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization, you will perform integration, and configuration activities in ServiceNow and other technologies to help transform the internal business functional areas in Walgreens.

This role focuses on developing integrations, orchestrating flows, scheduled jobs, work in the CSDM model. Designing robust automation that will be leveraged by multiple teams and technologies. Has in-depth knowledge of relevant programming languages and integrations important to the organization and is proficient with them. Mentors less experienced members of the team and act as a fierce myth buster.

Job Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or application for the software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools. Writes code that meets specifications, typically for large and highly complex software programs and systems. Develops software applications and tools. Participates in software design.

• Interacts with internal and external peers and manages to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization. Work closely with other team members in guiding software architecture and technology decisions.
• Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of the professional function and in-depth specialization in some. Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur.
• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise to exchange semi-complex information related to assigned activities.
