Unarmed Security Officer

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years of age with valid proof
• California Unarmed Guard Card
• Reliable transportation to and from job site
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Physical Requirements

• The ability to stand prolonged at least 8 hours consecutive per day
• Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Maintain personal appearance standards defined in Phalanx International’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manage breaks and lunches based on the needs of the clients.
• Walk at least a half-mile continuous without needing relief.

Essential Job Functions

• Professional conduct and discretion at all times with the community, public and clients
• Know the facility and follow all standard operating procedures.
• Technical skills with reporting and time tracking software’s.
• Maintain effective and precise communication with clients, customers, site leads, supervisors, and managers.

Pay: $20 - $21 Per Hour
