Overview:
The Dental Specialists Edina Orthodontics is seeking a compassionate, professional Scheduling Manager to join our team-oriented practice. As a scheduling manager you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management. This role is critical to the success of our patients and practice.
Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Work Schedule:
Monday: 7:30am-5:15pm (2-3x/month Edina, 2-3x/month Burnsville)
Tuesday: 7:30am-5:15pm (Edina)
Wednesday: 7:30am-5:15pm (Burnsville)
Thursday: 7:30am-5:15pm (Edina)
Friday: 7:45am-12:00pm (Edina)
