Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills are a must
• This position requires 3+ years of related experience in dispatch and phone customer service
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a must
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, type a minimum of 35 WPM

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all messages left overnight (Depending on shift)
• Answer phone
• Respond to email during shift in a timely manner
• Respond to chat messages during shift in a timely manner
• Review appointment availability
• Schedule annual maintenance for customers
• Contact customers when parts are received
• Maintain annual maintenance customer billing, scheduling, database information, hard files and renewals
• Update files as new information is received from other departments (extended warranties, equipment info, new customers, etc.)
• Manage customer history files in a database
• Prepare paperwork for all manufacture warranty parts
• Track calling efforts/accomplishments
• Assist in entering vendor bills.
• Maintain front desk and entrance, keeping it clean organized, and welcoming
• Assist in receiving deliveries, labeling delivered items, and sending notification email of parts or equipment that has arrived.

• Maintain customer service voicemail and return customer calls
• Provide customers with superior customer service
• Provide customer service for internal customers
• Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries
• Resolve inbound customer calls regarding account
• Take customer orders and provide high-quality customer service
• Make out going customer service calls
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service
• Resolve any customer service issues
• Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
• Provide customer support and handling customer inquiries
• Combining excellent customer service skills
• Assure quality customer service to all customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Provide superior customer service with all customer interactions
