Responsible for strategic decisions to determine appropriate operational staffing levels, new business, technology enhancements to improve efficiency,

VA/WV state license for Occupational Therapy (or willing to obtain). Communicate patient progress with supervisor and parents weekly.

Proven experience in the operation of all Voice Applications (call routing, desk and soft-phones, voice mail, digital voice recording, etc.).

Ensures patient phone calls are returned in a timely manner and patient is informed of any delays with eye-wear purchased. Travel to other practices, as needed.
