Professional Inside Sales Closers

Local biotechnology company is looking for highly motivated and independent inside sales representatives to add to our team of professionals.

We are seeking great communicators who are experienced inside sales closers with a track record of closing big ticket items.

You will be the first impression for most of our clients, so we are holding this position for the most professional closers only. The compensation package gives you an opportunity to make $100,000 - $250,000 this next year!

This is not an entry level sales position.

Experienced venture Capital, pharmaceutical or B2B sales is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Professional online presentations
• Prospects and cold-calls on end users, businesses and organizations
• Pitches clients and customers to decide, buy and use our company's services
• Plans an effective sales targeting approach to the assigned sales strategy
• Regularly follows up on inbound leads and sales inquiries
• Suggests and implements a closing business strategy relative to sales
• Effectively communicate with customers and team members

Compensation:

• Up to $250,000+ yearly earned commissions, including bonuses
• Monthly incentives of gifts, getaways, and different bonus options

Qualifications: Bilingual A MUST

• Minimum one-year inside sales experience
• Personal vehicle, including valid driver's license and automobile insurance
• Working smartphone
• Minimal computer knowledge and capability of effectively handling web demos, executing full life cycle during sales
• Ambitious but Disciplined
• Self-motivated
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and highly growing business
• Customer-focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
