Big Bob's Flooring Outlet is looking to hire a retail sales associate to join our family at our Latonia, KY location. Our company sells and installs all types of flooring including: vinyl, laminate, hardwood and carpet. The Retail Sales Associate will assist with walk in customers, landlords and builders throughout the process. The Retail Sales Associate will also develop their own client base through outside sources.

Job Description:

• Greet customers in showroom and explain products
• Perform onsite measurements and accurate diagrams figuring square footage
• Create Quotes to present to customers
• Communicate with customers throughout the installation cycle
• Assist with maintaining the showroom and keeping samples organized

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
