POSITION SUMMARY:

Seeking energetic self-starters and results-driven salespersons with an emphasis on the consultative sales approach to offer marketing services to businesses in the Western Grand Rapids/ Holland Lakeshore area. If you are looking for an exciting and rewarding consultative sales career where you can help companies grow, we may be a perfect match!

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business through networking, referrals, qualified leads and appointment setting.
• Protect and grow assigned account base through cross-selling core product and services, including marketing services
• Meet or exceed sales quotas for existing accounts and new business
• Consult and advise at meetings with business owners, marketing departments and C-level decision makers
• Build and form new relationships with potential and existing clients
• Develop solutions-based presentations that address client's business needs
• Follow-up on proposals/estimates and client satisfaction & results after job delivery
• Provide excellent customer service, follow-up and close sales
• Open and available for ongoing training / education from both self-study and corporate training
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment compensation

Qualifications : qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Previous experience in B to B outside sales
• Understanding of direct marketing, digital and local advertising sales options
• 4 Year college degree or equivalent business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
• Practical understanding of marketing options as well as their strengths and uses
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Disciplined individual that can work independently and as part of a team
• Tech savvy, able to work with various forms of software and understand technology
• CRM Tracking experience
• Enjoy working with clients
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Positive outlook and attitude

What we offer: Competitive base salary (based on experience) and unlimited commissions/bonuses
