Seal-Rite Products is seeking a full-time staff member to join our sales team.

Job Description:

Full-time, Monday thru Friday 40 hours a week

THIS IS NOT A COMMISSION BASED POSITION – YOU WILL BE PAID REGARDLESS OF SALES ----------------NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE

We’re seeking a motivated, versatile, driven candidate who can hit the ground running and willing to learn the industry

Required Duties and Responsibilities:

· Interact with new and existing customers

· Provide estimates and quotes to support customer requirement’s

· Enter sales data into Global Shop data system

· Self-starter with excellent customer sales and service skills.

· Previous experience in manufacturing or related field

· Ability to work in a team environment interacting with sales team

· Professional business practice when interacting with our customers and employees.

· Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate technical and non-technical information.

· Professional, organized and detail oriented,

· Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Experience:

· Understand the industry, our product and our customer’s needs

· Attract site traffic and convert traffic into sales

· Manage web presence

· Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company competitors/industry for both new and existing customers

· Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success

· Develop and track customer traffic

· Ultimately optimize content for search engines and lead generation

· Nurture relationships with existing customers through email and social media forums

· Digital Marketing

· Previous ERP experience or Global Shop experience

· Maintain ads for magazine publications

· Maintain catalog that is published annually using indesign and photoshop

This is not an entry-level position. Experience trumps education, and we need someone who wants to be our ear- to- the- ground and keep us on top. If you do not have an understanding and desire to work on the internet and online marketing do not apply.

Benefits Summary:

All full-time employees are eligible for one week vacation time after one year of service and increases after 3 years of service.

All full-time employees are eligible for sick/personal days after two months of service for a total of 48 hours a year.

All full-time employees are eligible for health insurance on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Seal-Rite pays 100% of your personal health care benefit.

All full-time employees are eligible for participation in Seal-Rite’s 401(K) Safe-Harbor retirement plan after one full year of service.

In the event of a death in your immediate family, we’ll give you up to 3 days off.

After 90 days of full-time employment, employees are eligible for 7 paid holidays.

All full-time employees are automatically eligible for our incentive program. The incentive is calculated by awarding $25 to each employee for each SR system that is sold and $10 for all other systems sold. Good luck in beating this incentive elsewhere in Central Missouri.
