The Wills Group is seeking talented rising undergraduate juniors, seniors or recently graduated undergraduates, with an innovatively inclined and customer-centric mindset, to join our Rising Talent Internship Program for Summer 2023.

• 10-week Program Run Date: June 5 – August 11, 2023
• Hybrid Work: Tuesday-Thursday at our HQ site and the remainder remote and/or in field
• HQ Location: 102 Centennial Street, La Plata, MD 20646
• Time Commitment: Full-time at 40 hours/week
• Compensation: $17.00 per hour; lunch provided Tuesdays & Thursdays
