We carry Lots of Harry Potter Collectibles, Marvel, DC, Anime, Dr. Who, LOTR, Disney, Music and so much more!

Our company is looking for a dynamic, outgoing Retail Sales Associate who is committed to providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. The successful candidate has a passion for customer service, and will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, in addition to performing other tasks related to their position.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to do the following tasks: Be able to support a team in the event of losses. Be able to assist with transaction and inventory counts.

*You will be responsible for selling products, merchandising the products in our store, and helping/explaining to our customers the many products we offer to them, all in order to drive company revenue.

*Other Responsibilities include:

Identify customer needs,Explain products, services, and benefits to customers, Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock, Enter and process customer orders.

*Keep our store looking tidy and organized

Sales experience is preferred and to have basic computer knowledge.

-Mall Hours are from:

9:45am to 8pm

(Monday thru Thursday & Sunday)

9:45am to 10pm

(Friday and Saturday)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
