Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and provide assistance to customers
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Clean shelves, counters, and tables
• Compute sales, prices, and total purchases
• Receive and process cash or credit card payment
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers
• Operate cash registers
• Perform tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, vouchers and balancing cash drawers
• Assist customers at sample table
• Place on-line orders for customers
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customers’ needs
• Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent and handle these situations
• Stock shelves and coolers
• Assist in other duties as assigned
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
