As a Fudge and Candy Maker at the Thrill Capital of New England…
You’ll contribute to your mission by:

Setting up, operating, and tending equipment that cooks, mixes, blends, or processes ingredients in the manufacturing of food products, according to formulas or recipes. Food products may include, but are not limited to, various types of candies and fudges.

Mixing and cooking candy ingredients by following, modifying, or formulating recipes to produce product of specified flavor, texture, and color

Inspecting supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure adherence to Six Flags New England standards
-
Ability to work in a “kitchen” environment
-
Supporting and promoting all park cleanliness for kitchen areas and equipment
-
Removing of garbage and transporting to approved disposal areas
-
Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
-
Assisting in other areas of the park as needed
-
Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
