Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)

Senior LIFE is expanding our RN Home Care team! Become a part of an amazing group of healthcare professionals in the community where you live, work and love!
Our Home Care RNs work as an extension of our Clinic Team but with the autonomy and flexibility of providing that care in the home and community settings. We serve the senior population of Reading and a limited surrounding area so you won’t spend all of your time in a car. You will be doing what you do best in providing the care to enable our participants to live their best lives exactly where they most want to be – at home!

Senior LIFE is an innovative home and community based Medicare and Medicaid funded program which provides all-inclusive healthcare services and support to seniors living in the community. Senior LIFE makes it possible for seniors to remain at home, enjoying the comfort and reassurance of familiar surroundings while receiving the care they need. Senior LIFE staff live the mission of the program. Our team is committed to partnering with our seniors to remain at home through promoting open communication and shared decision making while providing excellent care and services.
Applicants should have at least one year working specifically with an elderly or aging population, hold a current RN license, and valid driver's license.
Vaccination from covid-19 is a condition for hiring. A request for exemption can be submitted and will be reviewed and approved on an individual basis.
