JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible to provide timely, accurate and professional nursing care to the patients and families who utilize the Infusion Services of Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Currently licensed in the State of Minnesota.
2. BLS Certification required
3. ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card or ability to attain within 6 months required. ONC Certification preferred.
4. Demonstrated clinical competence in providing direct patient care and patient and family education.
5. At least 1-2 years of recent experience in infusion therapy.
6. Demonstrated ability to follow and adhere to Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital policies, vision, mission and values.
7. Maintains reliable and consistent attendance.
