WinnCompanies is looking for a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to drive marketing efforts in our growing multi-family portfolio in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. As a member of WinnCompanies’ central marketing function, you will partner with regional operations leaders and their teams to implement marketing, leasing, and resident retention programs at new developments, lease-ups, market rate and LIHTC properties. In this exciting hands-on role, you will not only develop strategy, but also coach, mentor, and train operations team members on marketing programs, policies and procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, creative, multi-family professional to make a big impact in a diverse, highly visible, and growing portfolio.
- Manage a portfolio of assets and partner with the operational leaders and clients to provide demand, sales, and pricing support to achieve occupancy targets.

Maintain a digital footprint with property websites pages, ILS listings, including updates to photography, brand elements, and written content within assigned portfolio.

Provide reputation and social media support to assigned portfolio.

Provide on-site support for under underperforming properties to include but not limited to leasing, renewals, waitlist management and resident retention.

Develop and assist in the design, production, and distribution of material such as sell sheets, business cards, brochures, review cards, client presentation templates, maps, floor plans and flyers.

Complete market research and comp studies upon request for properties within assigned portfolio and new acquisitions.

Ability to travel when needed for short term assignments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or related

5-8 years of relevant work experience

1-3 years of supervisory/management experience

Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing programs

Multisite and digital marketing experience are a must.

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills

Exceptional customer service skills and mindset

Experience training teams on customer service skills, marketing programs and products

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Particularly Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)

Market Rate, Lease Up and Affordable property management, marketing experience
- Real Page experience preferred
