Job Title: Regional Manager

Location: Morgantown, WV

Job Summary: High Life Lounge/ Ellie's Cafe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores in the Fairmont- Morgantown, WV area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, and responsible for weekly schedules. Availability on weekends and the potential to fill shifts is required. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for hiring and firing of staff, inventory control, and daily store deposits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores in the Morgantown, WV area.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by overseeing the management of employees and their performance.
• Develop and implement processes and systems to improve the efficiency of each store.
• Schedule and manage staff to meet business demands, and responsible for creating weekly schedules.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and employees
• Will be in charge of the hiring/firing processes within the stores the oversee.
• Inventory control, including ordering and maintaining appropriate levels of supplies.
• Oversee daily store deposits and ensure accuracy in record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Management experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow with the company.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Available on weekends if needed and potentially required to fill shifts as well.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay based on experience.
• Gas card provided for work-related travel.
• Cell phone stipend provided.
• 7 days paid vacation per year.
