Duties and Requirements:

• Must have a pleasant, personable demeanor with strong customer service skills, ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner in person, by email and phone.
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Provide customer service, directing visitors to appropriate member of staff
• Prepare outgoing mail, collect and distribute incoming mail
• Use Viewpoint Spectrum software to prepare invoices and perform data entry
• Use Excel and Word to prepare quotations and data entry
• Provide administrative support to all office staff as required
• Strong organizational skills

Physical Demands

The described physical demands below must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This position is mostly sedentary with some filing required. This requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, open filing cabinets, paperwork, bend and stand when necessary.
Typing on, operating and looking at a computer for long periods of time is also required.

Hours will be 8AM-4PM, 5 days/week
