Scope of responsibilities includes: 1. Client, mediation/settlement conference and court appearance scheduling and docketing; 2. Triage of client urgencies; 3. Word processing (knowledge of Wordperfect preferred); 4. Discovery organization and auditing; 5. Processing, scanning and circulating mail; 6. E-filing of pleadings in Oregon and Washington; 7. Analysis of discrete issues through review of pleading history, emails, correspondence and other documentary sources; 8. Supply management; 9. Assembly of exhibits and notebooks for trial; 10. Comfort with software, including document management software, Adobe Pro, Excel, specialty family law software, and other information technology tools; 11. General knowledge of software for docketing and time and billing; 12. Light reception duties and responsibilities; 13. Client intakes; 14. Filing and organization of client files and updating of office database; and 15. General day-to-day office tasks.
Highly competitive compensation and benefit package, including paid time off to be arranged between existing staff, legal holidays, health insurance, defined contribution plan with some employer matching, and parking or public transportation pass. Applicants must be effective and empathetic communicators and be able to work in a small team effectively.

Significant course work in graphic design, print production, visual arts, or a related field, along with an outstanding portfolio and experience that
Legal mandates (DCFS calls, IEPs, etc.). Provide direct counseling/social work services to students one-on-one and in groups. Only full-time employees eligible.
Manage supplier design, undertand part concepts, datum strategy, attachments, GD&T, and review with engineering lead engineers for approval.
Must own a smartphone or computer for regular text and email communication. Must have clean driving record. P.E. Type Games & Activities.
