We are a growing e-commerce business looking for a highly experienced and skilled QuickBooks bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in bookkeeping and be an expert in Amazon Seller reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including reconciling bank statements, credit card transactions, and payroll processing
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in QuickBooks
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
• Prepare and file sales tax returns
• Manage and track fixed assets
• Review and analyze financial data to support decision-making processes
• Provide expert support for Amazon Seller reporting and related tax issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on QuickBooks
• Extensive knowledge of Amazon Seller reporting and related tax issues
• Strong QuickBooks proficiency and experience with bookkeeping software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
