Want to join a collaborative team and work with clients you'll love? Resolution Counseling Center is a growing private practice and our Millburn office is hiring. Our therapists serve individual adults, couples, teens, and families and we provide lots of training and support as well in-house supervision toward the LCSW license. This is a full-time, hybrid position in which you would work onsite 2 days/wk and remotely 3 days/wk.

Compensation: You will be hired as a W2 fee-for-service employee. We provide health insurance, malpractice insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, retention bonuses, and a biweekly bonus for meeting certain session targets or bringing in your own clients. Our entry-level clinicians earn 55-70K in their first year.

Supervision: We take professional support seriously. We are proud of our staff, believe in the important work they do, and strive to create a happy professional home for our team. You'll have lots of chances to collaborate with your colleagues in staff meetings, group supervision meetings, and one-on-one meetings with your team manager and clinical supervisor. We offer NJ-approved supervision toward your LCSW.

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage/Family Therapy
• Current NJ license as LSW, LMFT, LCSW, LPC
• 1+ year of full-time counseling experience (i.e. seeing 25+ clients/wk)
• Full-time schedule with at least 2 evenings and one weekend day

Preferential Consideration:

• Experience with couples, children, teens or families
• Clinicians with expertise to offer clients of color or the LGBTQIA+ community are particularly encouraged to apply
• Other languages spoken

COVID-19 considerations:
When our staff are in office we run air purifiers and optional masks are used. Clients are mostly still telehealth though we have office visits too.
