Hampton Enterprises – Properties & Construction is a unique Company in the world of commercial construction, real estate development, leasing and property management. We are unique because of the breadth of services we offer ALL of these services - and because of the way in which we operate.

We were taught that taking care of employees, tenants and subcontractors; delivering unparalleled quality to customers; doing what is right; and giving back to the community should not be business strategies — they should be the reasons you are IN business.

We do business in ways other construction companies and leasing companies don’t do — simply because of the things Joe taught us, our belief in, and our commitment to, our core values and Joe’s legacy. It’s how Joe did it for 70 years — we call it The Hampton Way.

Because Relationships Really Do Matter.
