Small prominent General Contractor seeks Project Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
* 2-5 years of experience in general contracting or relevant education plus experience
* Can manage multiple projects
* Ability to read blueprints and specifications in multiple disciplines
* Can develop construction schedules and understand SOVs
* Can write, track, and record all project documentation, such as submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes
* Has experience in successfully running projects from start to finish including close out
* Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals
* Project close out procedures
* Strong communicator both in writing and verbally
*Education*
* Four-Year college degree, preferably in construction management, architecture or engineering
