Ready Roofer is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals who are community oriented who we can trust to carry the vision and mission of Ready Roofer to the next level!

Our Project Managers are responsible for working directly with homeowners and insurance companies to assess damage to the property, scope of repairs, bid and estimate jobs. Project Managers oversee each project to the satisfaction of the homeowner and collect payment for that work.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to market and build the Ready Roofer brand in your local area
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
• Door to Door Sales required
• Use technology provided to create scope of loss and estimates
• Act as a liaison between property owner and insurance company
• Be present at time of production to monitor the progress and quality of work being performed to homeowner’s satisfaction and per scope of work

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Other Requirements:

• Requires some evenings and weekend hours based on business needs
• Ability to travel substantially from April through November is required
• Ability to carry, set-up and climb ladder required
• Ability to carry bundles of shingles
• Must be able to safely walk on roof for performing inspections
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College degree preferred

Compensation:
Base salary with commission opportunity. Base salary commensurate with experience. Optional benefit credit eligibility after 90-day probationary period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,811.00 - $128,955.00 per year

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
