The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution and administrative and financial oversight of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

• The Project Manager has an understanding of project requirements in order to establish a project-specific work plan for prioritizing and completing projects on time and on/or below budget.
• Leading project teams to ensure the appropriate administrative controls and accountabilities are adhered to for successful execution of the project plan.
• The Project Manager will be serving as the company liaison with clients and project stakeholders to seamlessly coordinate the flow of information to deliver a memorable project experience that exceeds all owner expectations.
• Monitoring and overseeing financial aspects of assigned projects as related to budgets, change orders and billings to achieve profitability objectives.

Minimum Qualifications for the Project Manager:

• 4-8 years of commercial construction experience required
• Demonstrated success of leading teams and successful execution of project plans required
• The Project Manager MUST have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Construction
• Management or related field preferred
• Excellent organizational, Communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook,
• Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam and Primavera Suretrack, etc.
• Experience with ProCore a plus
