Responsibilities:
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for financial systems? We're looking for software engineers/developers who are excited to work in a dynamic, remote, Agile team environment. As a key member of our growing team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with internal clients and build new systems while also improving legacy ones.
If you're intellectually curious, have excellent coding and analytical skills, and are a great communicator, we want you to join us in developing and maintaining cutting-edge software that makes a real impact on our credit union members. You'll have the chance to be bold, take ownership of assignments, and bring them to life while honing your software developer skills.
The Programmer Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom and package software applications that meet business and IT requirements. They work with minimal supervision as a member of an Agile Scrum or Kanban team to evaluate project requirements, design technical solutions, and write, configure, test, and deliver software for moderately complex projects. The Programmer Analyst proactively collaborates with senior team members to validate technical approaches, ensure code quality/standards, and expand their understanding of core systems and integrated systems and interfaces. They also identify and resolve operational issues with existing applications and technical processes.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited university required or a comparable combination of education, professional certifications, and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree.

4 years of relevant software engineering professional experience required.
- .Net C#, ASP .Net, PowerShell, JS, SQL, Visual Studio, GIT (or other SCM), Azure DevOps, Kace or ServiceNow Change Management / Incident Management, LeanKit or Jira, Agile or Kanban required.
- 1-2 years of credit union or financial institution experience preferred.

Additional skills in MSCD, Jack Henry Symitar PowerOn, SMA OpCon or similar workload automation tools, AIX, Microsoft Azure cloud, microservices/API helpful.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
