Rock Hard Cementing (RHC) is looking for a full time professional bookkeeper. Pay is depending on qualifications and experience. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm. The right candidate will have gone to school for bookkeeping/accounting and have prior experience(this is required). The right candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel/Word, Payroll/Payroll Deductions, Taxes, Quarterlies, Etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must pass a bookkeeping test
• Be able to do payroll and payroll reports
• Must be able to track and manage financial data
• Know the difference between credit and debits
• Be able to do multiple state taxes, unemployment, etc.
• Bring books to the trial balance stage
• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
• Perform partial checks of the posting process
• Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Be mature, get along with others, and be a team player
• Have strong organizational skills
• Have excellent communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
