Safety is your number one priority. You care about people and are willing to make sure they understand the need to wear protective equipment such as hearing protection, bump cap, safety footwear, hair net, safety glasses, and food safety related PPE.

You embrace technology and have familiarity and experience with Microsoft products. You are a fast learner and self-teacher of industry specific software.

You have three to five years of job-related experience or an Associate degree in dairy manufacturing or related field of study.

What you will own

As a Production Manager at our Marshfield, Wisconsin facility you will be the direct leader of five department supervisors. You will be a key leader who drives employee engagement to nurture a positive culture. You will ensure an optimal balance of quality, service and efficiency in the cheese making process to provide operational excellence. You will support all aspects of production activities.
